mix up

a mixture of pull ups kettlebell swings and core exercises on swiss ball, climbing upstairs backwards on hands.
3 x 2mins striking B.O.B 1 round punch and kicks, 1 round sword strikes, 1 round open hand soft target.

  • 5 bananas
  • tomato mix
  • 6oz grapes
  • 500g dates
