This workout was fueled by 2 bananas, 1 navel orange, and quarter canteloupe melon. Post workout 2tsp hemp powder, 1tsp barley/wheat grass and alfalfa mix. I ate a whole pineapple while editing the vid.
Banged this one out after 4 bananas. The 5lb weights on each leg was killer. Post meal was a nice veg mix:-
