Resi Band PULL Workout


I forgot to record the warm-up but no biggy, only missed out on 50 imaginary muscle-ups and 50 pullups with a broom stick. Just 2 bananas for this one.
  • 20 low rows, 20 mid rows, 20 high rows
  • 10 reverse flys, 10 pulldowns, 10 rows
  • 10 leg lifts
  • 10 bent over reverse flys
  • 15 bicep curls
  • burnout mix
FOOD OF THE DAY
  •  5 clementines
  • 1 PINEAPPLE
  • 1 HONEYDEW
  • 2 BANANAS
  • 1/2 watermelon
  • 3 tomatoes
  • same green meal as yday
