I forgot to record the warm-up but no biggy, only missed out on 50 imaginary muscle-ups and 50 pullups with a broom stick. Just 2 bananas for this one.

- 10 bent over reverse flys
- 15 bicep curls
- burnout mix
- 5 clementines
- 1 PINEAPPLE
- 1 HONEYDEW
- 2 BANANAS
- 1/2 watermelon
- 3 tomatoes
- same green meal as yday
