LEG Workout


 
  • 13 resisted Get the fuck up tucks
  • 20 resisted split jumps
  • 12 resisted burpees
  • 19 resisted step ups
  • 50 hindu squats
6 bananas for breakfast. Post-workout - 3 clem oranges, 2tsp green supermix and 1/2 watermelon.  When I was doing the hindu squats, it was going to be 20, when i hit 19 I thought if I do 20 more then it's only 10 more to 50. When I got to 35, i wish i did 20 hahaha!!!!
